Our office nursing staff is here to make your visit with us informative and address your concerns. 




Checking out of the office, we will review the care, tests, procedures that are ordered by your doctor during your visit. 



Our Financial Services staff will work with you in understanding your bill that is through Gastroenterology of SW Michigan. They will also assist you in determining your insurance coverage’s for any procedures that are scheduled through our office. 





Our KEC Coordinator will assist in scheduling your procedure at our endoscopy center. 


Our Receptionists/Schedulers will process your calls, schedule your appointments, take your messages, making sure that your care and concerns are addressed with our office. 

When your procedure is scheduled at the Kalamazoo Endoscopy Center, we are pleased you chose to have your procedure at our new state of the art facility. Our staff is ready to take care of you during your visit.



Our patient registration is in a private area, and our staff will thoroughly review all forms and answer your questions. Be sure your ride is present to register you. Therefore all questions and concerns are addressed for your visit.
